Refunds/Deposits

*We do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with your hair the stylist must be notified prior to you leaving appt. Deposits are not refundable and are credited towards services. Should you cancel appt you forfeit deposits.

Late Fees

There will be a late fee of $15 for all late appointments. If you think you will be late call stylist prior to appointment time. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be responsible for a cancellation fee.I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE LATE CLIENTS

Make sure your hair is full detangled. Detangling is $20.00 and up . Hair will be fully shampooed conditioner will be apply and blowdry. Deep conditioner is $20 end trim is $15.00
